JP Marshall founded PATRIOT Companies in 2011 with a hands-on background in metal fabrication and a straightforward goal: build something that lasts. What started as a modest operation in Zanesville, Ohio has grown into a 105,000 square foot facility serving customers across a wide range of critical industries.

JP Marshall serves as President and Founder of PATRIOT Companies, providing the vision, leadership, and problem-solving mindset that have shaped the company from the beginning. With nearly 25 years of experience in the steel fabrication and metalworking industry, a background in engineering, and training through the WyoTech at Penn State University, JP has built a reputation as an expert welder, craftsman, and innovative leader who thrives on solving complex challenges. When he's not focused on growing the business, JP enjoys marksmanship, tactical training, and spending time with his son, Keegan, who remains his greatest source of pride and motivation.
Bill sikora
Bill Sikora serves as General Manager at PATRIOT Companies, where he oversees daily operations and helps drive the company's commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. With more than 14 years of experience in the industrial steel and metals industry, as well as a background as a business owner, Bill brings extensive operational, leadership, and industry expertise to the PATRIOT team. Outside of work, he enjoys motorcycle rides, exploring great food, grilling and smoking meats, savoring a good bourbon, and spending time with his family.
